    Hello Barracudas Families,

    We are excited to have our first official meet coming this Saturday. It is a tri-meet hosted by Pflugerville Piranhas (AMB-BCC-PFP). Their pool rules are different from ours. Please pay special attention to their parking instructions (See attached full meet pack)

    A few important reminders:

    ●Please check-in your swimmer in-time for coach to arrange relay. Late check-in swimmer will miss relay.

    ●It is important that volunteers to check and report to position on time, pls pay special attention on the timeline. Volunteers check-in desk is located in the AMB tent area (see attachment). After check-in, volunteers need to report to designated location at required time, see later section for details.

    ●Swim meet is not a drop-off event, parents or guardians must stay on site for the whole time.

    ●Please remind your swimmers to stay in age-group tents, especially before morning and afternoon relay events. In case swimmer cannot be found before relay event, the whole relay team may not be able to swim, pls DO NOT let your teammates down.

    Warm Up from 6:30 AM (Barracudas warm up)

    5:30 AM Meet Set Up Volunteers arrive

    5:40 AM Swimmer Check-in Table Volunteers arrive

    5:40 AM Tent Parents arrive

    5:45 AM Swimmer Check-in Opens

    6:00 AM Team Store (1st shift) Volunteers arrive

    6:00 AM Volunteer Check in Station (1st shift) Volunteers arrive

    6:15 AM All other 1st shift volunteers begin checking in

    6:45 AM Ready Bench/Parent Bench meeting @ the Pavilion

    6:45 AM Judges and Timers meetings

    6:45 AM All 1st shift volunteers to their posts

    6:55 AM National Anthem

    7:00 AM Meet Start

    Event 40 All 2nd shift volunteers check in

    Event 45 2nd shift volunteers report to location
